Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-16
Under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent US state statutes you may direct a business to stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising. Here is what that means on this site, and how to do it.
What Happens Next
Opting out ends the sharing, not the advertising. Expect to keep seeing ads, just not ones shaped by your browsing. Access to everything on walkspine.com is unaffected, as anti-discrimination provisions require.
The Practice in Question
We should be clear about scope. Your personal information is not sold for money. Where advertising is served, though, identifiers may be shared with advertising partners, and because these laws define ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ expansively, that sharing may fall within them. The opt-out is offered on that basis.
- Every visitor to walkspine.com can exercise this, regardless of whether they have ever given us an email address.
Exercising the Opt-Out
Three ways. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically, and nothing further is required. Or use the consent banner, where presented, to refuse advertising cookies. Or write to hello@walkspine.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. You do not need an account with us to do any of this.
For the wider set of state-law rights — access, correction, deletion, portability — see the State Privacy Notice.
